All Legloves and Hair accessories will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Average transit time is 3-4 days. All orders will be shipped within 5 business days of receipt of payment, unless you have a custom order, in which case you will be notified at time of order, of the exact date of shipping.
Platform shoes and boots are shipped via UPS Ground, and may take up to 2 weeks for delivery. These items may be shipped separately. If you need to rush an order for these items, please contact us at the time of your order, and note that you may be required to pay an additional fee.

We accept the return of merchandise for PayPal Credit or exchange however, only if the garments are unworn, and show no signs of heavy usage. Buyer accepts responsibility of all shipping fees incurred with returning the merchandise.
You can return shoes and boots, however there is a 20% restocking fee.
PLEDGE OF QUALITY:
We accept the return of Legloves or any ROYAL T DZIGN brand item for REPLACEMENT if the garment can be deemed faulty due to poor craftsmanship. The garment will be exchanged with the same product or that which is most camparable to it, depending on availability, and is subject to approval. TwelveTwelve is comprised of a couple of creative individuals who wish to spread good old-fashion fun and expression through unique handmade, heavy-duty fashion accessories, and really kick-ass shoes. We pride ourselves on being unique with a sense of style that can not be classified by geogrpahic location or musical genre.
We were black sheep then, but we're awe-inspiring now, and we have no desire to become mainstream through the products we make and sell.
We started this online emporium in 2004 as an avenue through which to sell our (at that time) latest invention---Legloves Legwarmers.
Since then, we have made, sold and tested out plenty of merchandise, only to come full circle and concentrate on our basic best sellers, Legloves and Platform Shoes.
You can expect to see TwelveTwelve evolve frequently, as designer Tina Hemmerle is always coming up with something new and innovative to wear/carry/use on your body.
